When people search for the keyword "hardwood flooring" looking for you products and installation services, you show up in the number 4 position in the areas closest to you.
Google gives preference to 1-3 on page one. To see #4, you have to click. 95% of people don't click and go with option 1, 2 or 3.
In the rest of the areas you show up as the 17th and 20th option. In the high end homes areas (in purple rectangle) like West U, you don't show up at all.
